One of the challenges of a mid century home is that without the right mix of elements it can get a little 'themey' But when I stumbled upon Marcus Hay's interiors at the very lovely Peacock Feathers I was blown away by the pops of interest that create a bit of tension to the mid century look. The bright colours of the dining room chairs, the amazing two tones of grey walls in the bedroom all they way through to the industrial accents of the bathroom give the home a fresh feel that doesn't go too far into one look.
